OVERVIEW:

Want a super fun, rewarding, flexible, remote side job? Be a Recruiter for DateSpot, the world's first and leading service that connects singles to an entire network of matchmaking companies to save people time in finding a compatible partner. We also make matchmaking affordable by offering pay-as-you-go matchmaking ourselves.

HOW:

For this position, you'll contact people on LinkedIn, Facebook (including specific Facebook groups) and Instagram to verify their relationship status and ask if they're interested in seeing if there's a fit with our clients. It's really low pressure, and people are generally flattered and intrigued. You can also refer your friends, family members, colleagues, and people you meet out and about. Get paid for being social!

COMPENSATION:

  • $150 for each referral that leads to an intro between a client and their match
  • $100 for each referral that becomes a client & purchases Match Previews
  • $50 for each referral that connects with a partner matchmaker
  • $50 for a consultation booking with DateSpot's founder

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 hours minimum per week (but you can stop anytime if you let us know)
  • Minimum college degree and 2 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
  • Placing your affilitation with DateSpot on your LinkedIn account (for trust & clarity)
  • A positive, open-minded, curious outlook and people-loving mentality

Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Manage our social media accounts, keep our audience engaged, and grow our member base.

Join DateSpot, an innovative company in the dating space that's connecting relationship-minded singles to the clients of matchmaking companies and making matchmaking flexible and affordable. We offer free and low cost matchmaking to help people find and keep love.

We're looking for a super savvy Social Media Manager to help us grow to the next level! You should be pumped about the matchmaking space, and excited to help as a fun side job and/or resume builder.

Responsibilities

  • Post 5x/week on our 5 social media channels - TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X, following the social calendar and continuing to build from it
  • Potentially start a YouTube channel
  • Perform consistent news research in the dating industry, at least once weekly
  • Grow our strong community of engaged singles and partner matchmakers
  • Provide brief monthly metric analysis
  • Ideally you are open to the occasional posting of you, but not required

Qualifications

  • Proficiency across all major social media platforms
  • Proven experience building social communities
  • Skilled at graphic design and Canva
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Ability to identify and keep up with trends in the market
  • Willing to answer screening questions about social media and/or do a test post
  • Passion for the dating industry
  • Native English speaker
  • Lives in the U.S. or Canada

Compensation

  • $500/mo.
  • $200 bonus monthly for weekly posts with you in them
