HOW:

For this position, you'll contact people on LinkedIn, Facebook (and specific Facebook groups) and Instagram to verify their relationship status and ask if they're interested in seeing if there's a fit with our clients. It's really low pressure, and people are generally flattered and intrigued. You can also refer your friends, family members, colleagues, and people you meet out and about. Get paid for being social!

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is 20% of the revenue you generate from each referral. Specifically, you get:

• $100 for each referral that leads to an intro
• $50 for each referral that connects with a partner matchmaker
• $25 for a consultation booking with DateSpot's founder

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 hours minimum per week (but you can stop anytime if you let us know)
• Minimum college degree and 3 years of professional work experience
• Social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
• Placing your affililation with DateSpot on your LinkedIn account (for trust & clarity)
• A positive, open-minded, curious outlook and people-loving mentality

This is an excellent side gig for anyone smart, social and engaging who is passionate about the idea of love and bringing people together. Help singles worldwide find love and feel a great sense of satisfaction when they do!

We're looking for a super savvy Social Media Manager to help us grow to the next level! You should be pumped about the matchmaking space, and excited to help as a fun side job and/or resume builder. It will be on average 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Post 5x/week on social media, following the social calendar template (4 of the posts per week are already pre-planned in a series so it's mainly about following up for content & creating the posts themselves)
• Work with DateSpot on furthering the social strategy
• Post on our 4 active social channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok
• Perform once weekly news research in the dating industry
• Build a strong community of engaged singles
• Potentially create a YouTube channel
• Represent the brand by responding to inquiries & other messages on social, with the help of our team
• Provide brief monthly metric reporting & analysis
• Ideally, be willing to video yourself as well when needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency across all major social media platforms
• Proven experience building social communities professionally
• Skilled at graphic design and can implement it in the style that DateSpot currently has published (and can use Canva or a similar program)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent spelling
• Ability to identify and keep up with trends in the market
• Willing to answer screening questions about social media and/or do a test post
• Passion for the dating industry
• Native English speaker
• Lives in the U.S. or Canada

Pay

• $500/mo.
• $100/mo. bonus if you reach 20% growth in followers month over month
• Contract basis, no benefits currently, though this could shift to a full-time employee role
